Welcome to Fall 2025 Admin Law!

Thank you for registering for my Fall 2025 Administrative Law course! This site is a new endeavor to keep information for the class organized and centralized in a single evergreen location. Please look around and feel free to provide any comments or suggestions.

What do I need to know about today?

Two things—

  1. Please review the current version of the syllabus (a copy is posted below and was also attached to the email I sent), Please note that I expect to update the syllabus in the next few days with the additional handouts for the required readings for the upcoming sessions, so be on the lookout for that! I will always post, email, and bring copies of the updated syllabus to class.

  2. You will need to obtain or have access to a copy of the new Third Edition of the casebook Wurman's Administrative Law Theory and Fundamentals: An Integrated Approach.

Access to eBook Casebook from August 18 to September 8

As noted in my email, I understand that UHLC students will be will have temporary access to eBook versions of any West Academic or Foundation Press books without payment for texts

that are required or recommended for the Fall 2025 semester, which includes our casebook.

To access the eBook, go to https://eproducts.westacademic.com/ and sign in with your West Academic username (email address) and password. Access begins on August 18 (one week before the start of classes) and lasts until September 8 (two weeks after the start of classes).
