About Me

Brandon Duke is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Houston Law Center where he teaches Administrative Law. His academic interests include administrative law, separation of powers, federal jurisdiction, and antitrust.

 

He is also counsel at O’Melveny & Myers, where he focuses on high-stakes trial and appellate work, particularly in the energy space—oil & gas, power, and transitional energy—as well as complex constitutional and administrative law issues. He has represented clients in courts across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court, several federal courts of appeals, and the Texas Supreme Court.
